INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Thank you for purchasing Poison Spyder

Crusher Corners for your Jeep JK. Installation

is fairly simple with the right tools and good

mechanical abilities. If you are not condent in

your mechanical skills, please seek the help of a

professional to perform the installation. Please

read through these entire instructions before

proceeding with installation.

PARTS LIST

Please check your packages immediately upon

arrival to ensure that everything listed is included,

and to check for damage during shipping. If

anything is missing or damaged, call Poison

Spyder at (951) 849-5911 as soon as possible.

(1) Right side JK Crusher Corner

(1) Left side JK Crusher Corner

(1) Nut-Sert Install Tool

2-DOOR or 4-DOOR:

(32 or 25) 5/16-18 X 3/4 SS button head

cap screw

(32 or 25) 5/16-18 nut-sert

TOOLS NEEDED

• Phillipshead&smallatheadscrewdrivers

• Welding clamps or C-clamps

• Measuring tape

• Drill motor, 5/16” & 17/32” drill bits

• Fine tip felt marker

• Touch-up paint or clear coat

• 1/2” open end wrench

• 3/16”hexkeyordriverbitandratchet

• 2-3/4” hole saw (optional, if installing 2-1/2”

LED back-up lamps)

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Park vehicle on a levelsurfaceandsetthe

emergency brake. You will want to wear eye

protection beyond this point in time.

2. Begin with the driver’s side Crusher Corner

installation. The procedure for both sides is

nearly identical, with a few small differences,

which will be denoted in the following steps.

3. Remove the taillight lens and housing with

aPhillipsheadscrewdriver.

Oncethescrewsareremoved,youmayhave

to gently pry the housing away from the body

tub.Useasmallatscrewdriverorpickto

release the tabs on the electrical connectors

to disconnect the taillight assembly.
